EuroAfrica Consulting & Services Ltd is a specialist cross-border consultancy founded in 2017, with operations in Helsinki, Finland and Mogadishu, Somalia. We connect Finnish and European companies with trusted partners, compliant market entry, and real operational support across Somalia, the Horn of Africa, and East Africa — and we help African businesses meet European standards and build lasting partnerships in Europe.
Our dual presence gives our clients a genuine advantage: Nordic business discipline combined with East African on-the-ground access. Our co-founder is based in Helsinki, giving us full representation and active engagement in Finnish business networks. We are not remote advisors — we operate where our clients need us.

A construction company operating in Somalia sought to establish operations in a new region. EuroAfrica conducted an in-depth business analysis including a full environmental impact assessment and detailed evaluation of local market opportunities. We mapped regulatory pathways, identified key stakeholders, and provided an actionable expansion strategy.
Result: The client successfully launched operations in the first location, then engaged EuroAfrica for a second expansion. Discussions are now underway for two further extensions.
